The legacy we know today was established by Late Shree Ram Gupta Ji traditionally as an taxation firm in 1960. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, our founder is a highly qualified professional holding degrees in Chartered Accountancy (FCA) and Law (LLB). Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1998, he has been actively contributing to the fields of taxation, law, and professional development.

Leadership in STBA: Elected as the Joint Secretary cum Treasurer of the Sales Tax Bar Association (STBA) in the year 2009-10.
Convener of Professional Forum, New Delhi: Founder and leader of an association of core financial professionals, actively organizing regular Study Circle Meetings to foster knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Expert Committee Member: Appointed as a Special Invitee to the GST and Indirect Tax Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2022-23.

He has an experience of more than 25 years in practice. He specializes in taxes both indirect and direct, consultancy, litigation and compliances.
